How do I choose Android or Windows POS?

Start with your POS software provider’s supported operating system and version. Then confirm the processor platform, memory, storage, drivers and peripheral connections. A matching connector alone does not establish compatibility.

Does all-in-one mean the printer and customer display are included?

No. Screen layout, built-in printing and customer display options differ by model. Ask for an itemized configuration showing what is included, optional or supplied separately.

What should be tested before a bulk order?

Test your application, barcode formats, receipt printing, drawer trigger and network recovery on the proposed sample. Record the approved configuration for subsequent orders.
